I have this little bump on the outer lips, where the hair grows, almost in the neighborhood, where the thigh meets the groin. I do not sleep there, and never had an STD.

They have looks like a wart. It appears that you have a pilonidal cyst. They are not warts, but in a sense, grains or clots in the forms of hair around the wrinkles, like the groin. It is through sweat, trauma or infected hair is caused. Sometimes come to mind and sometimes they are just a bump. They can be painful when they come to mind.
